Terms of use

Last updated September 14, 2026

These terms describe the conditions for using Postzeta’s website and social publishing workspace, operated by Postzeta.

1. Using Postzeta

By using Postzeta, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business or account you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to Contact the Postzeta team.

2. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your workspace memberships and instructions submitted through your account or authorized integrations. Notify us promptly of suspected misuse.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display and transmit it to provide the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for your content, the rights required to use it, your chosen audience and the accuracy of scheduled posts.

Review media, captions, channels, timezone and publication time before scheduling. Deleting content in Postzeta may not remove copies already published to a third-party platform.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Postzeta for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, malware, spam or evasion of platform restrictions. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or obtain data you are not authorized to access. Follow the rules of every connected platform.

5. Third-party platforms

Connections depend on third-party APIs, app approvals, permissions and availability. Platforms may change or revoke access, impose rate limits or reject content. Features and analytics differ by platform. We do not guarantee publication, delivery time, reach, engagement or continuous availability.

When using YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other platforms’ terms apply to their respective features.

6. Fees and changes

If a paid plan is offered, its price, billing period and applicable cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. Do not assume a price or plan advertised by another service applies to Postzeta. We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at purchase.

7. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Postzeta, revoke connected-account access and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or violations of these terms. Review scheduled work and export content you need before ending use.

8. Responsibility and limitations

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses caused by outages, third-party actions or publication failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

9. Privacy and software attribution

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Postzeta is based on open-source software. Applicable open-source licenses and copyright notices remain in force and are not overridden by these terms.

10. Questions and disputes

Please contact Contact the Postzeta team so we can try to resolve an issue. Applicable mandatory law and any consumer rights in your location continue to apply. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date and additional notice where required.
