You can remove connected access and ask us to delete the information stored in your Postzeta workspace.
Disconnect a channel
- Open your Postzeta workspace and review any scheduled posts for that channel.
- Use the channel menu to disconnect or remove the account.
- Revoke Postzeta access in the social platform’s Apps, Permissions or Connected Services settings.
For YouTube, use Google Account permissions. Revocation stops authorized API access but does not automatically delete content already published to a platform.
Request stored-data or account deletion
Contact Contact the Postzeta team with the subject “Postzeta data deletion”. Include your account email, the relevant workspace and whether you want a specific connection’s data or the entire account removed. Do not include passwords, API secrets or access tokens.
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. We will explain the scope of deletion and any records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Backup copies may persist until rotated. We respond in accordance with applicable law.
What to expect
Deletion can remove access to your drafts, media, connected-account data and scheduled work. Shared-workspace data may need review with its administrator. If you also want a published post removed from a social platform, manage that post directly on the platform.
